I have just received our XL Panel with motorised stand. We have just finished assembling it in a back room and got very excited with the prospect of using it, until we realised that the stand won’t fit through a standard door opening, and therefore cannot move it where we want to use it. I should definitely have checked the dimensions before assembling but if the installation cannot be moved from one room to another, it defeats the purpose of it being « moveable. I am not sure how we are going to resolve this issue….

I am wondering if others have had this problem also?

The 3 stars is because of this and nothing to do with the panel which we haven’t tried yet.

I spent weeks deciding on this panel after comparing it to many others. I was initially considering the very large panel which this company along with another company make. However I realized that the bigger one would be much too heavy for me to manouvre and place.

When I looked at the measurements for the Elite xl I knew it was just perfect for my height and width.

It absolutely does cover all my body unlike the smaller ones which I would have to keep moving around to get a good session.

I’ve only had it a few weeks so too early to notice significant improvements. However I feel a bit less achy in certain parts of my body so I’ll take this. I am committed to using my panel forever and I do believe I will enjoy better health because of it.

I currently have it on the back of my door but I’m planning on buying the motorized stand so I can lie on the bed.

It is very easy to operate and use for my daily 15 mins treatment time and I find it very enjoyable to use.

Customer service is great and they answer emails quickly.

So do I recommend this panel.? I absolutely do.

The panel and stand were easy to set up. We have only had the system a month, so results are not really obvious yet. My husband and I are 60 years old, but we are very physically fit and we have high hopes it delivers great results. I’m mostly wanting improved skin health over my entire body as skin is what we see and reflects overall general health. If I see great results, I will change rating to 5.

The remote and panel to the stand have me somewhat concerned. The panel to raise and lower the stand doesn’t always respond to touch. It’s cantankerous at times.

For the motorised stand, the Instruction manual drawings are terrible. Can’t work out front vs back as the drawings drew the objects as if they were transparent. Please use photos for instructions.

Also, need to warn customers with arthritic hands that they will need help to put the motorised stand together and to hook the light panel to it.

Once completed, fantastic product. Very happy. The motorised stand is worth buying if you can afford it. Makes it easy to treat lying down. Could also fix mount it vertical.

Overall, worth the effort and the product is just amazing. Highly recommended.

When I saw the elite EX at the price point it was (with labor day sale it was $2800). That's right, a full body panel for less that $3000 USD. I was initially skeptical and confused because the price point didn't make sense. I took a closer look and realized that the measurements were not what I expected from a full body panel -- they were relatively smaller. But the panel was objectively huge, still much bigger than the typical 300 LED wall panel. Then it dawned on me -- this product was an entirely new class of panel that I did not know existed. It's effectively a mini full-body panel. I did not want to spend $4k plus on a full body panel and I'm glad I didn't because this device punches significantly above its weight and is the perfect size. It's like the iPhone 5 of red light therapy form factors. Many people who use the panel will fit comfortably inside. I am a bit taller than the panel but that is actually more convenient -- I don't need eye protection and was primarily wanting to use for body treatment (it's too powerful for the face). The price point has increased unfortunately, but I think that applies across the board for these devices. I think it's still a good deal and would recommend it. The biggest con is shipping through DHL -- was legit worried it would be lost or stolen, and it was a headache to arrange delivery and pickup (they lost track of my package for a day or two before it turned up). Glad I didn't.

I put of buying the XL elite panel for some time, but now that i have it i wish id gotten it sooner, my sleep quality has significantly improved and has added a nice way of ending and beggining my day.

Build quality if of the highest standard and the packaging and shipping is amazing.
