I love supporting small businesses and trying new products, and I was really excited for this mask. It’s branded as a top-of-the line product which would have been the perfect upgrade from my current sleep mask. Unfortunately, this product fell below expectations. The mask itself feels rather jagged, maybe it was too costly to provide better curvature which would have fit better. As a result, it felt awkward and it leaked in light. I tried adjusting the eye cups but it didn’t help much. This product does not feel like a top-of-market mask. I prefer my existing mask, which has more curvature, is softer, and blocks light better… and it costs a bit less! Then it gets even more disappointing. At the bottom of the product page there is a button which says “30-day return policy”. It is not mentioned on the product page that this is a non refundable product.

I hope you will be honest and transparent and allow this review to remain on the site. I hope this promising company will improve transparency by indicating clearly on the product page when an item is non refundable. I hope that they can improve this sleep mask and deliver a truly best in class product, where I will happily pay top dollar. But this one, unfortunately, ended up in the trash bin.

I don't like this Deluxe Delta Blackout Sleep Mask. It's not ideal for stomach sleepers mainly because it feels bulky and uncomfortable around the eyes, there is light intrusion, but also it leaves compression wrinkles around my eyes. Trying out this new sleep mask in order to avoid wrinkles was the main reason why I purchased it. After relying upon the more expensive Manta Pro Sleep Mask for 9 months, I now can't seem to shake off this 8cm-long diagonal wrinkle on my forehead after wearing it. But because the Deluxe Delta Blackout Sleep Mask produces more pronounced compression wrinkles around my eyes, I now have no choice but to revert back to using the more comfortable Manta Pro Sleep Mask. Not to matter. In the meantime, I think I will continue buying other brands of sleep masks until I find the right one that ticks all my boxes.
