I love these, I like that you can adjust the brightness too, to make it brighter or dimmer. i just wish they came in a 150cm option so I could have had a perfect fit beneath my window sill, but I settled for 100cm and it still does the job well. You peel off a bit of film and the lights have a sticky back so you can stick it straight on to whatever surface you like. Was easy to set up & plug into a USB plug (not included so I just used one I had laying around). Another great product from BlockBlueLight.

Bought 2 of these LED lights one for common area and one for kid’s bedroom. They are the best. Kids turn them on bright before bed and we dum it right down when they’re asleep. The hallway is also well lit.
