The Twilight Red Light Lamp is a portable and rechargeable bedside lamp/desk lamp/table lamp that provides warm and relaxing lighting that has zero blue and green light.
The red light lamp has 3 brightness settings with a touch-control to set the brightness as you need; from a very dim light to use right before going to sleep, to a brighter light that allows you to light up any room to work late into the night without lowering your melatonin and ruining your sleep.

Green light is right next to blue light on the visible colour spectrum, research shows green light also suppress our sleep hormone melatonin, therefore eliminating green light prior to bed is the optimal way to ensure deep and restful sleep. The Twilight Red Light Lamp is equipped with a 1800mAh rechargeable battery which allows you to easily pick it up and use it wherever you like. It will run on the battery or you can plug it in permanently via a standard USB charger so that it doesn't need recharging.The gooseneck has a 360-degree flexibility and can be adjusted to the exact position you want. This lamp has been an absolute lifesaver during our first few weeks of parenthood. The lamp provides enough light for us during middle of the night feedings, diaper changes, etc, but doesn't disrupt our circadian rhythms. It is a very soothing light, much more so than the harsh bright white lights from lamps and overhead lights. Since our daughter is sleeping in the same room as my husband and I, it allows one of us to keep sleeping while the other person takes the shift of feeding and diapering. Our daughter loves looking at it and it seems to be very soothing to her. This is a must for your baby registry!

We love this lamp not only for its atmospheric, non-blue light tone, but for its incredible ease of use. Being rechargeable, it doesn't need to be constantly plugged in, making it easy to move. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now, and have had all the jokes about using a red light in my bedroom!
It's still early days but using the red-light sleep lamp has become part of my winding down process when I go to bed. I often fall asleep more quickly, sleep for longer than normal (three as opposed to one or two hours), and feel more refreshed. And usually, I can return to sleep more quickly. From an aesthetic perspective, I don't like the colour of the light but it works.
The only other comment to make is that the green 'fully charged' indicator light is very bright in a dark room so I turn the lamp off at the wall when I retire for the night.

I am very happy with my purchase so upgraded my Twilight Sleep Lamp with few red lamp bulbs for all other rooms. All this changes significantly improved my sleep pattern, I use them after 6pm every day. I am quite a specialist on insomnia since I struggled with it for 8 years. Red light was the last thing I would rely on but here I am-every space litt in red and me happily smiling (I am not exaggerating)!
