I am surprised this mask has high reviews, it must be a scam where all the employees and friends /family members have provided positive reviews.

Purchasing this expensive mask was the Biggest mistake. Not only it's not worth it (it has a nose bridge, feels heavy on the nose and it is uncomfortable), it's expensive for what it is (you can get a super light, pure silk, FLAT eye mask from Harrods for the same price). This is absolute ripp off.

What's worst is that when you request for a refund, Block Blue light Customer service give you an incredibly difficult time. Their return process is complex, stressful and frustrating.

I ordered a mask for my mum and I did something stupid and ordered another one for myself because I fell for the reviews. I believed the fake reviews. Anyway, while my second mask was on the way (was yet to be delivered), my mother used her eye mask and she hated it. Then I immediately emailed customer service team asking them to either cancel my second order or refund me. They took DAYS to reply to my email.

This incompetent person called 'sam' replied to me on the exact same day when the second eye mask was delivered. So he deliberately waited until the item was delivered before responding to my refund request. He wrote in his email that he could see that the mask was delivered and they don't refund items on masks!!! What a stupid, manipulative idiot. I'm so angry and I'm swearing as I'm writing this. This sleep mask is fantastic! It's incredibly lightweight and soft—you barely even notice it’s there. The adjustable strap ensures a perfect fit for any head size, adding to its comfort.
